I work where customer-facing websites, internal processes and business systems meet.
Over more than a decade, my work has moved from front-end development and content platforms into CRM architecture, automation, integrations and controlled AI workflows. That combination helps me understand both what customers experience and what teams need behind the scenes.
The connecting thread
Technology should follow the way the business needs to work.
I began by building websites and interfaces. Working closer to clients and operational teams showed me that the website is usually only one part of the problem.
Leads need to reach the CRM correctly. Conversations need context. Orders and invoices need to move between platforms. Teams need useful information, not another disconnected tool.
That is why my work now combines Zoho CRM, business automation, applied AI, integrations and web development.

I began as a web designer and front-end developer, learning how to turn ideas and designs into working websites.

I co-founded Crequs, where we developed custom WordPress and Drupal projects. Alongside that, I worked as a web developer at Agencia Reinicia, taking on development, tracking and Zoho work.

As CTO at Clicksurance, I worked on digital products for the insurance sector and saw what it takes to build beyond a single website.

As Technology Product Owner at Agencia Reinicia, I develop Zoho CRM and WhatsApp Business solutions, automate processes and solve integration problems between platforms.
